Original Manufacturer's Warranty

The NervePlate is designed for patient in-home use and has a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects.

NervePlate will pay for return shipping, repairs or a replacement unit and ship unit back to customer within this 1-year period if the unit is defective.

Warranty begins from the manufacture date on the bottom of the plate OR from the customer’s purchase date (customer MUST have proof of date of purchase), whichever is most recent.

The warranty covers parts, labor and shipping. User abuse or damage is not covered under the warranty.

Extended

Warranty

An extended warranty is available for purchase on our website and must be purchased within 1 year of the manufacture date on the bottom of the plate OR from the customer’s purchase date (customer MUST have proof of date of purchase), whichever is most recent.

The extended warranty covers 2 additional years of coverage, parts, labor and shipping. User abuse or damage is not covered under the warranty.
