Training
This video explains how to do balance training exercises as well as brain/body enhacing exercises.
The NervePlate is a specialized vibration therapy device designed to help stimulate nerves that have become weak or damaged—especially in people dealing with issues like neuropathy, poor circulation, or foot pain.
It uses a very specific kind of vibration that targets nerve endings in the body called Pacini corpuscles. These nerves are responsible for sensing vibration and pressure. When stimulated properly, they can help 'wake up' the nervous system, improve blood flow, reduce pain, and even help with balance and muscle relaxation.
Unlike regular vibration platforms you might see at the gym or online, the NervePlate runs at a higher frequency that’s been designed to target these special nerve receptors. Other Vibration platforms can not do that. It turns on and off automatically every 30 seconds so your nerves don't fatigue or get used to the stimulation.
Many patients say they feel more sensation in their feet, less pain, and better movement after regular use. It’s completely non-invasive, and is typically used as part of a broader program to help restore nerve function and improve quality of life.
The NervePlate works because it stimulates specific nerve endings in your body that are designed to respond to high frequency vibration. These nerves, called Pacini corpuscles, play a big role in how your brain communicates with your body—especially in areas like your feet, where poor circulation or nerve damage can cause pain, numbness, or balance problems.
When these nerves aren’t being used enough—because of injury, diabetes, chemotherapy, drug side effects or other various reasons, they can become less active or start to 'shut down.' The NervePlate helps reawaken and stimulate them. It does this by sending very precise, high-frequency vibrations through the feet and legs. These vibrations 'remind' the nervous system that those areas still need attention.
This stimulation improves blood flow, helps reduce inflammation, and retrains the brain to recognize signals coming from the feet again. Over time, this can lead to better nerve function, improved balance, and reduced pain or numbness.
The reason it works is that you're not just treating symptoms—you’re actively encouraging the nerves to function the way they’re supposed to. It’s like physical therapy for your nervous system.
Most vibration plates you see in gyms or online are made to shake your whole body. They usually target muscles and surface-level tissue with massage like intentions. That’s great for general fitness, but not very effective when it comes to nerve damage or circulation problems. New studies actually suggest that these common lower frequency vibration plates may decrease blood flow and increase inflamation. The NervePlate will not do that.
The NervePlate is different. It’s designed specifically for medical use and focuses on specific nerve endings called Pacini corpuscles. These are the nerves responsible for sensing pressure and true vibration—and they’re directly connected to how your brain processes signals from your feet and legs. They also stimulate part of your brain that helps you with balance.
It uses a higher frequency and a special automatic on/off cycle so that your nervous system doesn’t get used to the stimulation or even worse, fatigue the nerves. That’s important, because if the nerves adapt, they stop responding. The NervePlate keeps them active and engaged, which helps with nerve repair, blood flow, and pain relief.
In short: most vibration plates are like a general workout for your body. The NervePlate is more like physical therapy for your nervous system. It’s targeted, therapeutic, and made to help restore nerve function—not just shake your legs
Using the NervePlate is very easy and doesn’t require any complicated settings or adjustments.
Sit in a comfortable chair where your feet can rest flat on the device.
Place your bare feet directly on the NervePlate. If your feet are sensitive, you can wear thin socks at first, but bare skin works best for nerve stimulation.
Turn the device on. The NervePlate will automatically run in short bursts—30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. This cycle helps prevent your nervous system from adapting too quickly, so the stimulation stays effective. It starts in the off cycle so you will need to wait 30 seconds for it to start after you turn it on.
Sit still and relax. You don’t need to move or press down—just let the vibrations work.
Use it regularly. We typically recommend using it once or twice per day, depending on your treatment plan. Consistency is key for the best results.
While the NervePlate is safe for almost anyone, you should check with your doctor before using NervePlate if you have any of the following:
- An active blood clot (deep vein thrombosis or DVT)
- Open wounds, ulcers, or infections on the bottom of the feet.
If there’s ever any doubt, we always recommend checking with your doctor before using.
For best results, the NervePlate should be used regularly—just like exercise or physical therapy. We usually recommend:
- Minimum of 30 minutes for each session. There is no maximum
- Once or twice per day
